Role Overview

This role is integral to the Client Solutions team and reports directly to the Head of Client Integration. You’ll focus on implementing structured credit transactions across a wide range of transaction structures and asset classes, providing expert analysis that directly supports the growth and innovation of the alternative investment industry.

With significant exposure to global financial institutions, alternative investors, and technology teams, this role offers the unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple markets and regions. A key responsibility is assisting clients in addressing complex financial challenges by delivering innovative, strategic solutions that move the industry forward.

This position provides high levels of autonomy, requiring proactive, independent individuals who thrive in managing complex responsibilities with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects and driving impactful decisions.

What You Will Do

• Transaction Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of complex transaction structures, extracting information from various documents (trustee reports, legal documentation, etc.). Leverage Cardo AI’s proprietary tools to model ABS/ABF transactions.
• Data Integration & Modeling: Map data sources to Cardo AI’s proprietary data model using SQL and other tools, model transaction mechanics and waterfalls, and automate complex calculations.
• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to assess and deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Maintain clear, proactive communication to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Client Solutions, Customer Success, Product Managers, and Tech Leads, to align processes and ensure smooth implementations.

Your Expertise

• Extensive experience (3 to 7 years) with structured finance, including securitizations, leveraged finance, asset-based lending, or cash flow modeling.
• Proficiency in handling large datasets containing millions of rows and hundreds of columns, using tools such as SQL, R, Python, Stata, or SAS.
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a bias for action and a commitment to seeking truth.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.

• Competitive U.S. pay range: $110,000 - $170,000, with flexibility based on experience, seniority, and specific industry knowledge.
