What you'll do
The CMR Nurse (Centralized Medical Records Nurse) acts as a “gate-keeper” of the electronic health record system. This position requires full time travel to our Southern Indiana communities.
- Audits and maintains the electronic chart for accuracy and compliance according to state and federal regulations and ensures the results of daily, weekly, and monthly audits are corrected, reviewed, and communicated with the nursing department of each community.
- Provides electronic health record support and guidance to each community assigned.
- Performs his/her duties in accordance with high ethical standards and in compliance with community philosophy and policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
Our ideal candidate
- Licensed nurse (LPN) within the State of Indiana.
- 1-3 years of clinical management experience in medical records or in a management type of role.
