CarDon & Associates is now seeking Certified Dietary Manager. The Certified Dietary Manager manages dining room services and wait staff with the goal of providing residents a pleasant and superior dining experience based on customer service principles.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Must be a High School Diploma or GED or one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Long Term Care, AL, and/or IL experience preferred.
