What You'll Do
The MDS Traveler will be assigned to 5 or 6 facilities to assist in timely completion of MDS, completion of level of cares, review accuracy of quality measures that trigger, and monitor accuracy of the Medicaid identifiers on face sheet.

Strong analytical skills will be essential for evaluating resident progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
