What You'll Do
- Responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration
- May supervise CNAs as directed

- 1-3 years’ experience working with direct patient care as a CNA or QMA in a long-term care facility
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration
- Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents
