Job Summary:
The Regional Director of Marketing is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of sales and marketing activities across assigned sites. The Director will analyze sales and marketing problems and provide recommendations, oversee implementation of changes, and evaluate results. The Director will also provide corporate assistance and direction to site personnel in sales and marketing activities to ensure compliance with community philosophy, policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for improvement
Oversee the development of marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives, and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide guidance and support to site personnel in sales and marketing activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business strategy
Ensure compliance with community philosophy, policies, and all federal and state laws and regulations
Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations
Ability to travel as needed
