Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION
The Therapy Regional assumes the authority, responsibility, and accountability across multiple communities, managing both the delivery of therapy services as well as the financial benchmarks set forth for each individual community. In collaboration with Director of LifeSpan Therapy, facility Administration and Interdisciplinary Teams, allocates department and or other corporate resources in an efficient and economic manner. Collaborates with all departments, communities, medical professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop, support and coordinate resident care, related administrative functions and to represent the interests of all communities, LifeSpan and CarDon.
RESPONSIBLE TO : Director of LifeSpan Therapy
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND CREDENTIALS
Must possess a current Indiana PT, OT or SLP license and be a graduate of an accredited school. At least 1 year of supervisory experience required; supervisory experience in a retirement community or long-term care facility is preferred.
