Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will be instrumental in providing wound care, administering medications, and educating patients and their families about health management. This position requires a compassionate approach to nursing, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and support. Minimum Qualifications
- Current and valid Nursing License.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
- Certification in wound care management.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
