What You'll Do
As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. This will involve delivering patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Specific Duties For This Nursing Health Care Position Include
- The RN/LPN is responsible for the coordination and performance of nursing activities in his/her assigned section/unit during a designated shift. In the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator, an RN/LPN on some shifts is responsible for facility operations.

- Current, valid RN/LPN state license
- A nursing degree or diploma from an accredited college or university
- Experience in a long-term living facility a plus, but not required
- Skilled at tackling numerous tasks and makes quick decisions
- Can foster good resident and family relationships
- Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
- A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
