Responsibilities :
- Utilize project management tools to track event progress, deadlines, and deliverables (Monday, Trello, and others)
- Conduct regular project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all event activities are executed within the established budget and timeline.
- Work closely with technology teams to integrate audio-visual equipment, event apps, and other tech solutions.
- Coordinate live streaming, webinars, and virtual event components as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
- Maintain internal events management software (10X Events), conducting regular product and stress testing.
- Lead sprints at various stages, including but not limited to sprint planning, development, QA, UAT, and production deployment.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Provide on-site support during events to manage technical logistics and address any issues.
- Coordinate with event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and analyze event feedback to continuously improve future events.

This is full-time onsite position Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours / times as needed in Aventura, FL.
