About the role:
We are seeking a sharp and ambitious entry level team member who is familiar with
online learning tools and softwares, and who possesses strong communication and
detail-oriented skills to build and maintain our online delivery of educational content,
Cardone University. Any previous experience in the delivery of online learning content is
a plus, but we will teach you the tools and software we use. What makes you a good fit
for this role is your ability to learn, multi-tasking and exceptional level of attention to
detail. You will work with our team to deliver only the highest quality products and
services to our clients and end users.

- Communicate daily with team members and customers on platform

- Provide a stellar product and service by processing and executing internal

- Manage daily and monthly implementation, configuration and content
- management needs utilizing the online platform admin tools, which we will
- provide training on.
- Participate in feature discussion and implementation alongside other team
- members and departments.
- Ensure all aspects of delivering client solutions run smoothly (e.g.
- deployment and execution, product quality, communication consistency, and
- information accuracy).
- Manage individual short and long term projects.

- Mac Computers skills.
- Understanding of LMS, Video File Formats, and SCORM files.
- Expert with Google Sheets and data tracking/entry.

- You’re technically adept and understand how to optimize processes and
- workflows related to software development.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.
- Best in class customer service skills and excellent computer competency.

- Familiarity with web learning applications

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in
Aventura, FL
