POSITION SUMMARY
The Event Sales Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for Cardone Ventures business services. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their event needs, and offering tailored solutions to ensure a successful event. The ideal candidate is sales and target driven, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about the events industry. This person will be going from Scottsdale, AZ events to events in Miami, FL selling Cardone Ventures products and services. This position involves networking and consistently achieving high sales performance

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Regularly closing high-ticket deals and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
- Having a deep understanding of Cardone Venture’s services, how to address client needs, and prepare tailored proposals that resonate with clients and increase the likelihood of closing deals.
- Ensuring that clients are not only satisfied, but impressed with the services provided, leading to high retention rates, client referrals, and strong relationships.
OBJECTIVES
- Identify potential clients through targeted research, networking, and attending Cardone Ventures events.
- Develop and maintain a database of contacts, including corporate clients and individual clients.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business solutions by understanding their opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Present and promote the company's services to prospective clients in-person, over the phone, or via zoom meetings.
- Prepare customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals to meet revenue goals.
- Track and report sales performance, including the number of new leads, conversions, and overall revenue generated.
- Understand metrics and track results in order to have career opportunities
- Attend events to network with potential clients, drive sales, and ensure smooth delivery of services for event execution.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry trade shows, and corporate gatherings to generate new leads.
- Develop expertise in company services and offerings to confidently present solutions that align with client needs.
COMPETENCIES
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the event ticket sales, hospitality, door to door or client facing industries.
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets daily.
- Highly driven, Strong work ethic, ability to perform in person in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport quickly.
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-ticket deals and maintain client satisfaction.
- Expertise in client relationship management and delivering solutions that meet client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings when required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Sales experience in event sales or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software.
