A successful Project Manager must have excellent communication with all stakeholders both internal and external to ensure that all parties are aligned.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop a detailed project plan outlining goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels for team members.
- Oversee project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.
- Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change requests.
- Conduct evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare closure reports and conduct post-project reviews to document successes and areas for improvement.
- Lead projects with effective communication and facilitation skills, engaging team members during meetings.
COMPETENCIES

- Proficient with proper documentation of project decisions, approvals, and communications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Project Management software experience preferred
- Experience supporting Tech related projects/teams
- Management experience preferred
