POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Success Manager is responsible for helping Cardone Ventures clients achieve their transformational growth goals through overseeing and managing the implementation of our CRM product offering into small to medium sized businesses to optimize their sales and marketing. This individual will be working directly with clients to maintain and grow existing relationships with clients to onboard and manage software implementation, drive adoption, and drive growth to move into the next phase of our client journey.
The Client Success Manager will work with the client to manage the implementation of our CRM offering, serve as a subject matter expert during onboarding calls and drop-in hours, quickly address inbound support requests, and discuss strategic growth opportunities for the CRM offering. A successful incumbent will possess robust CRM experience, strong customer service skills, sales and marketing acumen, and the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced and team-centric environment.

- Increasing user adoption of SCALE CRM due to remarkable customer support and knowledge of the platform
- Guiding clients through transformational growth by helping them adopt and maximize CRM features, such as automation, opportunity pipelines, and lead management.
- Driving the successful onboarding and implementation of our CRM product for clients, ensuring it optimizes their sales and marketing strategies.
OBJECTIVES
Onboard new clients to our CRM offering, train on product use, and provide ongoing strategic guidance and expertise for the duration of the relationshipIdentify opportunities for onboarding efficiency, account expansion, and revenue creation within our customer baseAdvise our clients on how to improve their performance and increase their return on investmentClearly communicate the benefits of CRM features (Record management, Automation, Lists, Opportunity Pipelines, etc.) and ensure customers successfully adopt themActing as a trusted advisor to clients and to internal counterparts, offering consultative support and strategic insights to enhance their CRM usage and align it with their business growth goals.Identify opportunities for growth in our product that will further contribute to ongoing customer success and retentionWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Marketing Services, Platform Review, and our Strategic Business Unit, to ensure any and all customer support or engineering issues are resolved efficientlyConduct regular follow-up with clients to handle outstanding support inquiries, determine the effectiveness of the CRM, and identify opportunities for usage improvementDevelop and nurture clients into advocates to increase brand awarenessAnalyze data and results to guide product and customer success improvementsIdentify opportunities to streamline the customer training / ongoing product education processComplete all committed deliverables to the client in a timely manner while ensuring understanding and use case for each deliverable.Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with the Cardone Ventures Business Operations Team to improve all systems and processes that drive the success of the businessCOMPETENCIES
Demonstration of an in-depth understanding of all core CRM features (Record management, Workflows, Lists, Opportunity Pipelines, etc.)Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customersExperience working closely with other functions like Operations, Marketing Services, and Business ServicesTech savvy and self-sufficient, willing to supplement training content provided with researchStrong project management skills to walk multiple clients through the onboarding process of the CRM from start to finishExperience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or HighLevelAbility to promote a CRM to our clients and explain the functions and features of our CRM offeringComfortable managing a high volume of client calls to address questions and / or concerns in a professional mannerA proficient knowledge of Sales & Marketing (S&M) and the ability to coach and train clients on philosophies.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferredAt least 5 years’ experience in a client-facing role10X TOTAL REWARDS
