Position: CSR / Dispatcher
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (In-Office – Not Remote)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with ability for on call after hours nights and weekends)

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Be the Voice of Cardwell – Handle high call volumes while providing friendly, professional service to customers.
Master of Scheduling – Coordinate service calls, routine maintenance, and emergency appointments efficiently to keep our team running at full speed.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with service and install managers to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer service.
Financial Tasks – Process payments, invoices, and paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
Tech-Savvy Problem Solver – Utilize ServiceTitan, Excel, Adobe, and Google Suite to manage daily tasks and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience Required – Must have prior HVAC or ServiceTitan experience (at least 3 years in a CSR/Dispatcher role).
Excellent Phone Skills – You have clear, professional, and friendly communication, making every customer feel heard and valued.
Strong Organization & Multitasking – You can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and keep things on track without breaking a sweat.
Detail-Oriented & Problem-Solver – You can think on your feet and find solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner – Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus! (If you’re a pro, we want to talk!)
