Who We Are

CardWorks, Inc. is a diversified consumer finance service provider and parent company of CardWorks Servicing, LLC, Merrick Bank and Carson Smithfield, LLC.

CardWorks Servicing, LLC provides end-to end operational servicing functions for credit cards, secured cards, and installment loans.  We service consumer and small business loans across the credit spectrum and offers backup servicing and due diligence services to capital providers and trustees.

Merrick Bank is an FDIC-insured Utah Industrial Loan Bank. Merrick operates three main business lines: credit cards, recreational lending, and merchant services.

Carson Smithfield, LLC provides a variety of post-charge-off debt recovery services, including digital self-service, IVR, live agent, and external agency management.

Essential Functions

• Provides overall support on all aspects of Client plastic and paper fulfillment ordering, inventory management, set up and processes, building and maintenance of client letters/emails through Fiserv, and multiple external vendors.
• Collaborate with a variety of third-party vendors to produce marketing collateral, and direct mail projects intended to support CardWorks Servicing Clients, Merrick Bank’s, organizations, campaigns, or initiatives.
• Assist the Fulfillment team with tasks related to production of New Account Acquisition or Portfolio Marketing campaigns by creating mail matrices, file layout requirements, vendor specifications, proof approvals, press checks, lettershop audits.
• Performs research and analysis for resolution of various issues as it relates to system setting and functions.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues.
• Analyze reporting and file reconciliation.
• Develops strong knowledge of processing systems features, and functionality.
• Support with various tasks associated with project plans and project implementation.
• Assists in the development of procedural documents for the implementation of new products as well as conversion of existing portfolios.
• Participate in new development, planning, testing, and implementing when building new products, implementing new card and loan portfolios, or converting existing portfolios.
• Schedules and/or participate in weekly conference calls with project teams to discuss project status and open issues until the project is complete.
• Works with clients and internal departments to identify tasks, timelines, and processes as they relate to the project implementation and success.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

The salary range for this position, if located in NY Metro/NY State is $27.00 to $33.00 hourly. However, please note that the salary range will vary for other geographic areas.
