CardWorks Servicing ("CWS") is one of the largest privately-held provider of outsourcing services for bankcard-related products to banks and non-bank lenders in North America. CWS offers management expertise across the credit spectrum and supports both MasterCard and Visa accounts as well as a variety of private label debit, credit, stored value, and customer bankcards.
Position Summary :
A Collector is responsible for the daily collection of past due Recreation Lending loans. The Collector insures delinquency is maintained at an acceptable low level as well as complies with all policies and procedures as defined by management.
Essential Functions :
- Maintainsdelinquency in individually assigned loans at target rates
- Keeps manager informed of current status and trends related to individually assigned loans
- Completes skip trace work on accounts as required.
- Complies with all federal and state collection laws
- Completes daily work flow
- Understands and complies with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject
- Communicates problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts.
- Performs other duties as assigned
