Essential Job Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of branch personnel, including identification of strong talent, hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of office staff
- Ensures that branch personnel are focused on high-level customer service, sense of urgency and excellent communication
- Organization and direction of the operations of each branch to assure availability and provision of care and services
- Proactively interface with clients and identify ways to create optimal experience and outcomes for clients
- Continual evaluation and improvement of all processes, systems, and the flow of work to identify problems and course-correct through action plans and KPI guidelines
- Collaborative Interdepartmental Communication with clinical leadership, management, supervisors, and staff on a regular basis
- Provision of timely reporting and documentation
- Measurement of performance of all branch roles, motivation of team, and continuous support to ensure that these positions are achieving their goals and contributing to the overall success of each branch - You are the energy source for the branch!
- Assistance in budgetary planning, and running each branch within those budget guidelines
- Conducting daily, weekly, monthly meetings with staff, including clinical, scheduling, recruiting, and sales, to ensure solid communication and same-page approach from all entities, always striving to achieve budgeted goals, and provide exemplary service to the community
- Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
- Participate in the delivery and development of Caregivers
- Collaborate with Care Support staff and weekend teams
- Work with the RVP of Operations to determine in-house quality procedures, improvements, and standards to meet department and company goals
- Perform quality assurance calls to Tier A & B clients
- Monitor KPIs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Client Retention Rates, and Attrition reasons
- Works directly with office personnel to support all audit requirements, requests, and ongoing compliance needs
- Understands and promotes Mission, Vision & Values at all times
- Adheres to all Company standards and policies
- Responsible for reflecting behavior, attitude, and appearance appropriate for the Company, the department, and your position
- Responsible for communicating effectively and cohesively with others within the office, field staff, our clients, and vendors
- Displays a commitment to service excellence through seeking opportunities for improvement, producing quality work, adapting well to change, being an active listener and solid communicator
- Performs additional tasks as requested
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or a related field, OR has a minimum of five years administration in the home/healthcare field, is required
- Prior experience as a Home Care Agency Administrator, preferably with regional supervision of multiple branches/offices, preferred
- Understanding of Home Care guidelines, preferred
- Must be extremely professional, well organized and able to work autonomously
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment in multiple offices, all with its own set of needs and concerns to manage
- Excellent client/customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
