Company Summary: Care Advantage is a home care company that specializes in one-on- one quality personal care and companionship in the home, hospital, nursing home or rehabilitation center. We tailor make care plans that works for our clients whether transitioning from the hospital to home or companionship for a few hours a day.
A Day in the life of our Adult Daycare RN Director
- Provides clinical oversight for all daycare participants
- Oversees the daycare census and tends to participants when asked or needed
- Oversees daycare office staff and floor staff in collaboration with the administrator and Regional VP.
- Completes start of care assessments and documentation to onboard new patients
- Designs individual plan of care for each patient
- Completes supervisory visits as required by regulation or as needed to ensure patient safety and wellbeing
- Takes part in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure needs of all patients are met
- Follow through with resolution of complaints and incidents that involve the clinical department
- Ensures compliance of all patient files and documentation
- Establishes relationships with community partners and referral sources
- All other duties as assigned by leadership and job description
Requirements:
- Must possess an active Virginia Registered Nurse license
- Bilingual Korean/English - Fluent - REQUIRED
- Minimum of 2-3 year in a leadership nursing role, preferably in a facility
- Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing
- Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization
- Excellent presentation skills
- Adequate transportation for home visits with mileage reimbursement
- Computer/iPad Technology skills for documentation purposes
