Provides critical first contact between patient and Care Alliance Health Center. The PSR will professionally greet and address any patient questions, requests for appointments, or medical advice; direct the patient through the check-in/check-out process, collect and update pertinent demographics, guarantor, and insurance information in the Practice Management System/Electronic Medical Record (EPIC ).

- Responsible for modifying clinical staff schedules as needed.
- Ability to work with underserved and disadvantaged persons; experience doing so is preferred, cultural sensitivity a must
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

- Excellent reception, telephone, and customer service skills
- Commitment to the mission of Care Alliance
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year of Patient Services experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical records Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using EPIC
- Ability to speak, read, write, and converse in English and Spanish
- Well-developed communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am until 5 pm
