Job Summary :
The External Affairs Manager will support Care Alliance’s public relations and community engagement initiatives, advancing our mission by strengthening external communications and deepening connections with the Northeast Ohio community. Reporting to the Director of Communications, this role will enhance the organization’s public image, build relationships with community stakeholders, and execute impactful, community-centered campaigns.

Public Relations and External Communications :
- Develop and implement strategic external communication plans to highlight Care Alliance’s mission and impact.
- Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other media materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
- Coordinate media appearances, press conferences, and events to foster visibility and support for Care Alliance.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and community feedback to inform future communication strategies.
