Simsbury/Avon/Windsor Caregivers Needed for 12 hour shifts

Positions Available: 9 - Urgently Hiring

Position Details: We are seeking compassionate and experienced caregivers with a vehicle to provide daytime care, Monday to Friday. Each session lasts 12 hours. Mileage between client visits is compensated.

Ideal Candidate:

• Warm and patient personality

• Excellent time management skills

• Experience in home care

• Ability to provide engaging and safe care

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Available for 8-12 hour shifts, mornings and evenings

• Must have a clean vehicle, driver’s license, and insurance

• Minimum of 4 years of home care experience

• Self-directed and independent

• Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Driving clients to appointments

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal care

• Helping with transfers, mobility, and repositioning

• Providing oral, hair, skin, and nail care

• Incontinence care and toileting

• Assisting with feeding and PT exercises

• Offering socialization, engagement, and support

• Meal preparation and cooking

• Medication reminders

• Client laundry and light housekeeping

• Running errands and grocery shopping

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
