Care at Home is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Services Liaison to expand our presence in the Westerly, Rhode Island area. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building professional relationships, developing new referral sources, and working independently to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and referral strategies to drive client acquisition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Conduct assessments for new referrals, ensuring a smooth transition into care services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and networking.
- Coordinate and attend community events, presentations, and meetings to promote agency services.
- Maintain accurate records and submit weekly progress reports.
- Independently manage daily schedules and meet performance goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of one year of outside sales experience (healthcare sales preferred).
- Background in nursing, home health, or senior care (RN, CPR, ACLS certification preferred).
- Strong skills in relationship-building, closing, negotiation, and public speaking.
- Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated.
- Proficiency in computer operations and CRM tools. (wellsky/Clearcare experience a plus)
