Key Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, your role will involve:

• Providing Personal Care Services, including ambulation, bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Administering medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Managing laundry duties and ensuring a clean environment
• Engaging clients in companionship activities such as crafts and puzzles
• Running errands including grocery shopping and transportation to appointments
  
  

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• A compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to adhere to care plans and procedures
• Reliable transportation for client visits
• Experience in personal care and companion-related activities
  
  

Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience, which may include family care or work in a facility
• Compliance with state requirements, including a Registered Home Care Aid Number and TB clearance
• Valid California ID or Driver’s License
• I-9 documentation compliance
