Mid Level Practitioner - Hybrid Model - APRN or PA

This candidate will be self motivated and who has the ability to see between 10 and 15 patients per day. This is a hybrid model where the candidate will be expected to be in office, on site 2.5 days per week, but can work remotely (telehealth and administrative duties) 2.5 days per week. Responsibilities will include seeing all Annual Wellness Visits, overseeing our remote care monitoring program daily (hypertensive patients) and seeing these patients monthly as well as overseeing our small Schedule IIN (properly documented) and Schedule IV (properly documented) controlled substance population. A compassionate bed side manner is required. Warm, friendly and outgoing applicants should apply. Will be supervised by a physician who loves midlevel's and teaching. Autonomy will be dependent on candidate's skill and comfort level.
