What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Spiritual Coordinator position at CARE CENTRAL VNA & HOSPICE, INC?
Looking for Hospice Spiritual Coordinator to coordinate spiritual support/counseling and guidance to patient/family and other members of the Hospice Team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Divinity or Pastoral Counseling preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Experience working in home care, hospice or end of life preferred. Experience working with religiously and culturally diverse populations preferred.
OTHER: Must have own transportation. Computer literacy essential.
