Role Overview:
As a Licensed Medicare Telephonic Agent, you will work on-site or remotely handling both inbound and outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about Medicare plans, assist them in navigating their options, and help them enroll in the best plans to meet their needs. You will build relationships with beneficiaries, answer their questions, and provide compassionate, knowledgeable guidance. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping others and a desire to succeed in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-bound/outbound phone consultations with Medicare-eligible individuals, assessing their healthcare needs and recommending suitable Medicare plans.
- Build trust and rapport with prospective members through effective communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Educate beneficiaries about Medicare, Value-Based Care, and related supplemental plans.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, utilizing tools and strategies provided by Care Connect Advisors to optimize your efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on Medicare plan options, benefits, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate and compliant guidance.
- Meet and exceed sales and enrollment goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to maximize outreach and impact.

Qualifications:
- Active health and life insurance license issued in your residential state.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a contact center setting.
- Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Medicare plans and Value-Based Care principles.
- Experience conducting virtual meetings and phone consultations.
- Customer service-oriented with an empathetic approach to beneficiary needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet goals in a remote setting.
- Experience in healthcare or the insurance industry is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
