Care Connect, LLC is seeking an experienced Female Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for a client in Redding, CT. We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home care.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Options: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Location: Redding, CT
- Gender Requirement: Female Only
- Experience: Must have prior experience in home care
- Pay: $19.00 an hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Medication reminders
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the client
Requirements:
- Prior experience in home care or a similar caregiving role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to follow care plans and provide detailed documentation
- Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
