Job Summary:
The Provider Relations Manager is responsible for initiating and cultivating relationships with targeted medical providers as deemed appropriate by Care Connect Medical. This includes establishing, growing, and maintaining regional relationships that result in improved care for Care Connect Medical’s patient population. This position is responsible for supporting Care Connect Medical’s growth goals, strategic priorities, and company initiatives. Included within this role is the development of strategies to enhance provider experience and collaborate with operational leaders to support implementation of those strategies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Assist with the hiring and training of Provider Relations Coordinator(s).
- Supervise Provider Relations Coordinator(s); providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for the expansion team, focusing on new areas of market development and relationship management with providers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage potential providers and present the value of partnership with Care Connect Medical.
- Identify, target, and assist with onboarding of new providers to expand the network in underserved regions.
- Lead initiatives to enhance provider engagement and foster a high level of provider satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the expansion team to identify market opportunities and develop tailored approaches for expanding the provider network.
- Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets for network growth and develop incentive structures to motivate the expansion team.
- Act as the primary liaison between providers and Care Connect Medical, ensuring open lines of communication.
- Schedule regular meetings with providers to ensure efficient and effective flow of patient information.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate provider performance metrics to ensure compliance with contracts and company standards.
- Obtain and analyze provider feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Address and resolve issues between providers and the company, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as Operations and Development, to implement new strategies and solutions.
- Prepare and present reports on provider relations activities, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to the internal team.
- Develop and implement educational outlines and programs for providers to better understand company policies, procedures, and systems.
- Facilitate meetings to promote collaboration amongst network providers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- 3-5 years of related experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the philosophy, mission, leadership needs, and planning requirements of the organization required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
