Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver Lead to join our team and provide essential care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidates will have experience in personal care homes, working with people with developmental disabilities, dementia care, memory care and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- May be required to assess new client referrals for homecare, complete new client introductions, walk-throughs, and Homecare info binders.
- Conducts quality assurance client visits, reviews/ maintains care logs and updates care plans as needed.
- Helps collect client records for the Agency to ensure compliance with record
requirements.
- Conducts random supervisory visits at all shift hours and conducts on-site performance evaluations.
- Client complaints: Assisting with resolving client's complaints. Maintains and tracks
needed supplies and items for client homes.
- Scheduling: Coordinating new and existing client and caregivers' schedules. Assists, as necessary, in producing an effective, smooth flowing schedule and introduction.
- Staffing: Assisting with field employee recruiting, interviewing, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepared to perform on-call caregiver duties when coverage cannot be secured.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned field caregivers.
- Approval and notification to the Admin Office Manager are required if leaving the city or unavailable to fulfill job duties/ responsibilities.
- Administrative duties: Answering phones, answering texts, addressing mailing needs, and keeping charts and client data up to date. Attending appropriate office meetings.
- Tasked with delivery of various documents from main office to worksites in accordance with main office’s requests.
- Responsible for coordinating with Office Admin Manager on new and existing client
schedules with appropriate utilization of caregiver matching.
When Lead Caregivers are not on site or doing work quality checks , there will be office responsibility which include but not limited to:
Receive calls and record significant information
- Provide quotes and estimates for customers
- Receive and dispatch transportation requests
- Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles or other field units to appropriate locations
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
- Provide reports to upper management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
