We are currently looking for a friendly, responsible, motivated individual to fill our position in Santa Maria-- Weekends --- 6:00 PM- 6:00 AM; On call-- hours can vary based on transportation needs
Provide direct patient transportation assistance from local hospitals to home or other facilities. Local and Long-distance.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience needed; paid training
- No special license required
- Must be able to pass a per-employment drug screen
- Have a good driving record- no accidents or no DUI
- Able to pass a background check
- Be comfortable with smartphones
- Covid vaccination required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely transport patients from hospital to home or appointments
- Ability to bend, kneel, and stretch in confined spaces
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
