What are the responsibilities and job description for the HDM Data Entry Coordinator position at Care Connection?
Job Summary
Daily data entry of all home delivered meal route sheets, congregate sign-in sheets, supportive services sign-in sheets, and daily deposits.
Update delivery route sheets when new clients are added or when information for current client's changes.
Supervise and organize the daily paid and volunteer delivery drivers. Provide the drivers with individual client's special requests. Delivers meals when it becomes necessary for regular driver to be absent.
Discuss with the head cook any concerns about home delivered meal clients.
Implement and update a schedule for sending statements to clients informing them of the number of meals received.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
