Job Summary: The RSVP Admin. Asst. provides administrative support for the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Must project a professional company image through in-person, electronic, and phone interaction.
Essential Job Functions:
Created and modify documents using Microsoft Office Suite. Maintain program records; maintain volunteer database in volunteer software program and provide grant support as needed. Assist in the organization and coordination of RSVP meetings and events. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to data entry, photocopying, faxing, mailing, internet research, and filing. Foster strong partnerships and positive relationships with the local community to create visibility and understanding of issues and programs offered through the agency. Ensure that accurate, required documentation is maintained and timely reports are provided to ensure accountable performance-based outcomes of activities by the project.

Pay: $14.75 per hour
