Wellness Visit Nurse Practitioner. Nurse Practitioners (NP) needed to conduct In-Home Health Assessments in Rio Grande Valley – McAllen, TX, and surrounding areas. We offer year-round opportunities: Part-time.

Our healthcare providers conduct comprehensive, in-home Health/Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients as part of their health insurance benefits. The evaluations are conducted in a face-to-face manner where the member resides. Within the visit, the clinician reinforces the importance of staying current on covered preventive services while identifying potential gaps in care, which stem from unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits.
Our Providers Enjoy
Salary: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year

- Fixed payment per completed appointment.
- Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI.
- At least 6 months of experience in doing wellness exams is a MUST.
- Previous EMR skills preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Credentialing services and paid training.
- Liability insurance.

- Scheduling of appointments with Medicare members within a certain time frame.
- Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time.
