Set your own schedule and earn an excellent income! This is an autonomous field-based, prevention/education-focused opportunity that takes you out of the mundane office setting.
Our healthcare providers conduct comprehensive, in-home Health/Annual Wellness Visits with Medicare patients as part of their health insurance benefits. The evaluations are conducted in a face-to-face manner where the member resides. Within the visit, the clinician reinforces the importance of staying current on covered preventive services while identifying potential gaps in care, which stem from unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits.
Our Providers enjoy:

- No prescribing or treatment, simply performing consultative assessments/evaluations
Requirement:
- Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI.
- At least 6 months of experience in doing wellness exams is a MUST.
- Previous EMR skills preferred. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
The following will be provided:
- Credentialing services and paid training.
- Liability insurance.
- Scheduling of appointments with Medicare members within a certain time frame.
- Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time.
- Ipad Tablet Provided.
- Mileage Reimbursement.
