Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Coordinate staffing needs and schedules to ensure adequate coverage and patient care.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback for improvement.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, Master's degree preferred.
2. Valid RN license and certification as a Nurse Administrator (NHA).
3. Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or administrative role.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
