Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns
• Assessing clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans
• Providing crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on best practices in mental health therapy

Qualifications and Skills:

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Mental Health Therapist
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
• Experience providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with mental health issues
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities for various mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
