Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Set up and prepare dialysis machines for patient treatments
2. Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and report any changes in condition to healthcare team
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
4. Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment progress
5. Educate patients on dialysis treatment and self-care techniques
6. Clean and sterilize dialysis equipment and maintain a clean and organized work environment
7. Assist healthcare team with miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or GED
2. Completion of a dialysis technician training program or certification
3. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
