Job Title: Leadership (Activities Director)

Job Summary:

The Leadership (Activities Director) will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all activities and programs designed to promote leadership development and team building within the organization. This individual will be a key player in creating a positive and engaging work environment where employees can develop their leadership skills and foster a sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement leadership development programs and initiatives
• Plan and coordinate team-building activities and events
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership skills
• Collaborate with various departments to support leadership initiatives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs and make improvements as needed
• Manage a budget for leadership activities and events
• Serve as a mentor and coach for employees seeking to enhance their leadership abilities
• Develop relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance leadership offerings

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field
• 3 years of experience in leadership development or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of best practices in leadership development
• Experience with budget management and program evaluation
• Certification in leadership training or coaching a plus
