Job Summary:
The Leadership - Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of an organization, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. They will provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensure that all financial transactions are in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement financial procedures and policies
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements
- Monitor and review budget performance
- Manage cash flow and forecasting
- Lead financial audits and tax preparation
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management
- Develop and implement internal controls
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
