Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Monitor patients closely and provide interventions as needed.
2. Administer medication and treatments according to physician orders.

5. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
6. Respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.
7. Work with advanced medical equipment and technology.
8. Stay current on latest advancements in critical care nursing.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing
3. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
4. Prior experience in an ICU setting
5. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a team
8. Current CPR certification
