The Sub Acute Care Center Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical conditions in a sub-acute care setting. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' medical conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Qualifications and Skills:

- BLS certification
