Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a House Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within a residential property. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff
2. Inspect all rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
3. Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
4. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and submit orders when necessary
5. Address any maintenance issues or complaints from residents in a timely manner
6. Communicate with property management regarding any issues or concerns
7. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for residents and staff
8. Provide regular feedback and evaluations to housekeeping staff
9. Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling of housekeeping team members
10. Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
