Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Services Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our surgical services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial performance, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve department goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure efficient operation and optimal patient care
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize workflow and utilization of resources
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
