Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Minor Care (Urgent Care)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide care for patients seeking treatment at our Urgent Care facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in minor care procedures and be able to handle a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and treating minor illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages
- Administering medications and injections as prescribed by a physician
- Performing minor medical procedures, such as wound care and suturing
- Educating patients on proper care instructions and follow-up treatments
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a minor care or urgent care setting
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed
