Family Medicine Physician Needed in Canby, OR

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Canby, Oregon, a close-knit community just outside of Portland. As a Family Medicine Physician at Optum, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for managing patient care, performing general in-office procedures, and collaborating with medical assistants to support clinician tasks.

Position Details:

• Monday - Friday 8-5p schedule

• Full-time 4-Day work week

• Average Daily Patient Census: 18 patients

• Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric aged patients; general in-office procedures

• Medical Assistant to support clinician; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, follow-up appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent

• Unrestricted OR License

• Current OR DEA certificate

• Current BLS from the American Heart Association

• BE/BC

• EMR Proficient

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities
