Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental examinations, including x-rays, oral cancer screenings, and comprehensive dental assessments.
- Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases, including tooth decay, gum disease, and oral infections.
- Create personalized treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs and preferences.
- Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants.
- Perform dental surgeries, including extractions, root canals, and periodontal procedures.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care measures.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals, including dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development activities.
- Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
