Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Social Media / Communications Specialist to represent our brand across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, interact with our audience, and build a strong online presence to promote our Care Dimensions full line of services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and share engaging content (photos, videos, blog posts, and social media updates) that aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and authentic manner.
- Promote brand campaigns, services, and special events through social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand strategies.
- Track and report engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
- Represent the brand positively and maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.
- Participate in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and sponsored campaigns as required.
