Per Diem
How You'll Contribute :
Reporting to the Hospice House Clinical Director, the Kitchen Assistant is responsible for simple meal preparation, serving food, and clean-up of kitchen ensuring compliance with budget and food service/dietary regulations. Ensures accurately prepared meals are served to patients.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of cooking, kitchen/food service experience required. Experience in a health care setting a plus.
- Formal culinary training and coursework a plus.
- Demonstrated positive interpersonal and superior customer service skills.
- Serve Safe Certification highly encouraged.
