What Youll Be Doing:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and train 1:1 therapists to ensure high-quality care
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and adjust interventions as needed
- Conduct regular parent meetings and training sessions to support family involvement
- Utilize data collection software for seamless treatment planning and reporting
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold the highest ABA therapy standards
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or sitting for the exam within the next 2 months
- Masters degree in a related field (required)
- Previous experience in the ABA community is highly valued and reflected in the salary offer
- Passion for improving the lives of children and their families through ABA therapy
